Weekly Schedule

Here is this week's schedule of events:

Tues, Oct. 11 (today): Band till 4:30 P.M.

Wed, Oct. 12: Band till 4:30 P.M.

Thurs, Oct. 13: MU Homecoming Parade!! Meet at Harris Riverfront at 4:30 P.M.

Aux: Traditionals/Gold Eyes/Ponytail/No Bangs We will unload the trailer and dress for the parade. Parade steps off at 6 P.M. and will begin at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena and probably finish at the stadium. We should be finished around 7 P.M. and you can pick your student up at the stadium at the end of the parade.

NEED REPLY: PLEASE NOTE: WE STILL NEED ADULT HELP IN THE CONCESSION STAND ON THURSDAY, OCT. 13 BECAUSE THE STUDENTS ARE GOING TO THIS PARADE. WE HAVE TWO MAJOR MIDDLE SCHOOL GAMES THAT NIGHT. PLEASE EMAIL BACK AND SAY YOU CAN HELP.

Fri, Oct. 14: Football game at home against Logan. This is Senior Night. Aux: Traditionals/Bring warm ups Band: everyone white shoes

IN SEATS AT 6:15 P.M>

Note: Senior parents meet us at the band stands at the beginning of half time.

 

Sat. Oct. 15: Ironton Competition: Rehearsal at 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. Load Truck 3 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. Break: 3:30 P.M. to 5:15 P.M. (NEED REPLY: Lunch will be provided if someone steps forward to take this on. Bus: 5:30 P.M. Perform: 7:30 P.M. Awards: 8:30 P.M. and return to HHS approx. 9:30 P.M. Everyone Band Shirt/Full Uniform/White Band Shoes/White Socks
